Julio is an experienced agent who began his real estate career in Pennsylvania. Having moved to the Carolinas, Julio is ready to give the same high level of service he is known for. His clients appreciate his resourcefulness, diligence and creative insights into addressing the unique challenges of each buyer or seller.

Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, Julio received a degree in Political Science from Southern Connecticut State University. Julio has decades of experience working in the hospitality industry, where he became a Level 1 Sommelier. When not helping buyers and sellers, Julio enjoys playing golf, working out and listening to country music. He is happy to be back in Charlotte with his wife and two beautiful pugs.
